A teen's family is suing Virgin Mobile for using her picture, posted on Flickr.com, in an ad campaign.

The law does in fact need to be more clear on this subject. The companies never should of used the teens photo without her consent and compensation. I feel very uneasy about using photos/art I find online for my own use.
